Self-Care 101: Bridging the Gap between Leadership Mental Health and Successful Business Practices

Did you know that the mental health of a leader is directly tied to the success of a business? That your unconscious habits and emotional defaults actually serve as an indicator of your leadership effectiveness?


This workshop is targeted to emerging leaders/solopreneurs, who often feel 'squeezed' by the demands of executive leadership and the real needs/challenges of their personal lives. This is a highly interactive, engaging workshop that empowers new and seasoned leaders alike to re-ignite their passion for their work - by identifying innate strengths and learning how to leverage and maximize your habits for maximum organizational effectiveness and growth. 

Participants will leave this workshop with the ability to:
- Learn how personal development/mental health directly impacts leadership effectiveness

- Learn the concept of Transformational Leadership, the most effective and sustainable type of leadership development
- Learn how to accurately assess individual strengths, and utilize these to work effectively toward organizational goals
- Learn how to make time and build capacity for strategic initiatives

 

About Michelle Zadrozny, LCSW

Michelle Zadrozny is a social entrepreneur, creative artist, and community collaborator. She brings 15+ years of social work, community health, and innovative partnership-building expertise to her consulting and coaching practice. In 2009 Michelle launched Creating Transformational Workplaces (www.transformationalworkplace.com)  where she currently provides management consulting and employee assistance program development to organizations in both the non-profit and private sector, focusing on developing and implementing new initiatives to further organizational development and workplace wellness. Michelle also has a private coaching and counseling practice at Plumeria Counseling Center in South Austin. (Www.plumeriacounseling.com) Michelle holds a Masters degree in Social Work (MSSW) from the University of TX at Austin and she is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Texas.
